iSnag has been derived from idea from its founder Sam Brewster & Giovani Luca. We are both construction professionals who undertake large residential building projects selling properties to end users. At the moment the UK is experiencing a sharp increase of new homes following a push by the government to meet the housing needs of the UK. A report published in February 2021 'New Homes Bonus' demonstrates the extent as to which the government are pushing local policies to fulfil its housing needs, from 2020 to 2021 this being £ 622M.  Figures published in January 2021 show a 111 percent increase in housebuilding in England compared to the previous quarter from July to September 2020.

iSnag aims to offer a unique cost effective service to new home owners where they may potentially be having difficulties with the quality of their property provided by developers. Large scale developers are being pushed to churn out homes on a huge scale which results in properties not being upto standard, thus leaving new homeowners who in most cases have no experience with the building industry left fighting property developers with no where to turn. iSnag works for the homeowner and provides a detailed written report, using photogprahic evidence and various tools to undertake a survey of a new home at a fraction of the cost of a local surveyor.
