HOW LONG WILL THE REPORT TAKE?

Reports typically take between 4 - 6 hours dependant on the size of the property and the amount of issues found within the property.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO CARRY OUR THE REPORT?

As soon as you acquire the keys to the property as most developers will only give you a maximum of 2 weeks to report any immediate snagging issues.

HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY THE BALANCE OF THE REPORT?

Upon completion of the survey, you will be sent a link to clear the balance. Once paid, your report will be available to download directly for you to forward onto your developer.

WHAT IF THE DEVELOPER DISPUTES A SNAGGING ISSUE?

If you are experiencing difficulties with a developer, our team are here to help, but extensive assistance may incur an additional fee.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY BOOKING?

Yes, as long as the changes are made atleast 48 hours prior to the booking.

Changes made within 48 hours may be made chargeable as it could result in our surveyors loosing work.

CANCELLATION FEES

If you wish to cancel your appointment at atleast 48 hours before your booking, you will not be charged and you will be fully refunded.

If you cancel within 48hrs of your booking 25% of the Fee and the Deposit will be non refundable.
